Members include skaters, referees/officials, and anyone else who wants voting privileges and a chance to move up in the organization, including election to Board membership. Membership involves an annual fee, voting privileges, a committee position, and community service projects.

To help us expedite you into the Rage City program, please complete your paperwork carefully and be sure to submit all necessary copies and fees. If you need open-skating practice, use Dimond Skateland or Royal Rink (or your kitchen). If you need a scholarship, contact us; we do not offer gear scholarships. After your skating assessment, your skater dues will be $40 per month UNLESS YOU ARE A REFEREE OR OFFICIAL. Monthly dues go directly to rent practice and training space for skaters.

STEP ONE	Application - need copy of primary insurance card, if applicable. The annual membership fee is $40.00. After downloading this PDF, you can type into the fields and print it OR print it and handwrite your entries
STEP TWO	Liability Waiver - participants in Alaska roller derby do so at their own risk, per Alaska Statutes AS 09.65.290. Civil Liability for Sports or Recreational Activities
STEP THREE	Image Release and Confidentiality & Non-Compete Agreement - self-explanatory
STEP FOUR	USARS Athlete Membership Application (insurance) for 2010 (good from 1/1/2010 through 12/31/2010) - NEW MEMBERS NEED COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE!; it costs $40.00 for the calendar year and must be filed before you assess.
STEP FIVE	Send your completed packet to Rage City Rollergirls, P.O. Box 102323, Anchorage, AK 99510, ATTN: Secretary. You must include a check or money order for $95.00, which covers your membership fee and USARS insurance. Or mail your packet and pay online using the above links.
